RSVP Reminder + Room Block Instructions

46 days to the big day and 15 days to RSVP — we can't believe it!

If you haven't RSVPd yet, please make sure to fill out this form as soon as possible so we have an updated headcount and have everyone's meal preferences and dietary restrictions.

The invitation has the all important group discount code for the room block; please let us know if you have not received an invitation yet and we will make sure to send you all the details.

We've received a number of questions about booking through the room block, so here are the quick details:

1. Go to the hotel's website (and make sure it is through the hotel and not a third party).

2. Enter the dates August 9 through August 11; the room discount is only available for those who book for both nights.

3. After you enter the dates and before you click "View Prices," click the drop down for "Rate Preference," select "Group Rate," and enter the code found on your invitation.
